A photograph and its story

Hello everyone,

This time I would like to tell you about a very funny and important photo for me.

As you can see, on January 31, 2019 I appeared on television, it was the 50th anniversary of the last Beatles concert, held on the same date but in 1969, in London, England.

For me it was a beautiful experience, I remember that they called me to sing and play the role of John Lennon, therefore I had to sing and play all parts of John. The truth is that it was not difficult for me to learn all the lyrics, melodic lines and chords of the songs, this is because from a very young age I am a big fan of his music, in fact I learned to play the guitar thanks to his great songs.

On the other hand, I would like to tell you a little about my process as a singer and why I came to be called for this. When I was 13 years old my father showed me the music of the Beatles and I was really fascinated instantly, I quickly started to learn the chords of each song that I liked, I really enjoyed it. With the passing of about three years I became a kind of expert playing the songs of the beatles on guitar, it was at that moment where we decided with some friends to set up a tribute band to the beatles that could give us a good time and also something of money, why not? 

This is how the band was born, we began to assemble songs and until we decided to participate in a competition for beatles tribute bands, unfortunately we lost the first time, but the second time we won and they gave us first place, first place meant being able to go to Argentina to compete at a similar competition but with bands from Latin America. We prepared a lot and I also remember those years with great joy, but unfortunately we lost again.

There our path to Beatle competitions ended and we dedicated ourselves to doing concerts.

Over time we were able to put on many concerts in different places and cities, in fact we got to play in Bolivia, however the atmosphere among the members of the band was no longer the same, the spirits fell and everything began to wear down until the end from the band.

Over the years, I met many people in between. I was invited to be part of another similar project, we played in many places and over time the moment came when I had the opportunity to participate in an activity as entertaining as the 50th anniversary, it is a photo and an instance that I will always remember fondly As it is part of a stage in my life, the story I told you started in 2010 and ended in 2019 with this event. Since then I did not play beatles tributes again until today, I dedicated myself full time to Classical Guitar but someday I would like to relive some similar experience with some other band, it was very entertaining and it made me happy.
